Prices are subject to change without notice. Rates are guaranteed once payment is received and the ticket has been issued.
Reservations for travel are subject to availability of seats on the date of travel.
In addition to applicable cancellation penalties a $30.00 service charge will apply for voided / exchanged or refunded tickets provided the rules of the fares permit such tickets to be voided-exchanged or refunded.
For copy of tickets a service charge of $25.00 will be applicable.
For returned check / NSF a service charge of $50.00 will be applicable.
Please check all documents and tickets when received and get back to us within 24 hours for any mistakes. Our company will not be responsible after 24 hours.
VK Travels and its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, and consultants act only as consultants for the passenger in making arrangements for service described in this web site. The individual participant and/or purchaser, by acceptance of the documents, agrees that VK Travels and its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, consultants or suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to any act or default of any carrier or person providing or rendering any of the services included . The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, or any other contractor providing service shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the participant. VK Travels and its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, consultants and suppliers accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war, act of terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or causality or any other cause beyond their control. Any and all losses and expenses will be borne by the tour participant, the tour rates being only for the time period and places specified. All accommodations, services and facilities are subject to the laws of the countries to which these accommodations, services and facilities are provided. VK Travels reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any participant at any time.
